100ml freshly squeezed orange juice

2 ice cubes
100ml organic tomato juice

Apple & Carrot

200 ml water
50ml carrot juice
1/2 apple

Banana Cinnamon

250ml water
1/2 banana
2 pinches of cinnamon
2 tbsp almond yogurt

Choconut

300ml coconut water (or 1/2 water, 1/2 milk)
1-2 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tsp vanilla extract OR 1 tsp spoonful of jam

Chocolate Frappe

200ml water
100ml almond milk
1 heaped tsp cocoa powder

For warm options, heat liquid (do not boil) and ingredients then mix 1 envelope of RINGANA complete d-eat.
